By accessing and using the platform and services provided by The Mystery Zero Studio, you expressly agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or submitting any work requests. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Access and Credits

  • By creating an account and accessing the system, you acknowledge and accept that you are bound by these Terms of Use.
  • Submitting requests (including but not limited to video edits, flyer designs, thumbnail creation, or reviews) requires credits.
  • Credits can only be obtained by purchasing specific products or services either:
    • Within the platform (through official payment channels), or
    • Outside the platform with an authorized representative of The Mystery Zero Studio, in which case the credits will be assigned to your account.
  • Credits are non-cumulative, non-transferable, and non-refundable, and may have an expiration date. If credits expire, they cannot be reinstated or refunded.
  • Users must classify their requests correctly. For example, if you wish to have a podcast edited, you must purchase the equivalent podcast credits. Attempting to misuse smaller credits (e.g., purchasing a short video credit to request a full podcast edit) will result in the request being rejected, and the misused credit will not be refunded—except in exceptional cases where it is determined to be an honest mistake.

2. User Conduct

  • Users agree to maintain respectful, professional behavior when interacting with The Mystery Zero Studio team and other clients.
  • Offensive, discriminatory, abusive, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated.
  • All communication must occur through official channels (the platform, The Mystery Zero Studio’s WhatsApp or the official email). Direct, unauthorized contact with staff outside these channels is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Actions

The following activities are strictly forbidden:

  1. Uploading or submitting files containing malware, viruses, trojans, or any element that threatens the security of the system.
  2. Attempting reverse engineering, decompilation, extraction of data, or unauthorized access to the system or its internal operations.
  3. Misclassifying service requests in order to bypass credit requirements.
  4. Offering direct work, collaborations, or job opportunities to The Mystery Zero Studio staff members. All employees and contractors are bound by non-solicitation agreements.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, and may lead to legal action if necessary.

4. Content Responsibility

  • Clients are fully responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights, licenses, and ownership of all content they provide (including scripts, audio, video, images, and logos).
  • The Mystery Zero Studio assumes no liability for copyrighted, unauthorized, illegal, or controversial content submitted by clients.
  • If the client submits content involving illegal material or extreme copyright risk, The Mystery Zero Studio reserves the right to:
    • Request the client to sign a liability waiver before proceeding, or
    • Deny service entirely without issuing a refund.

5. Service Scope

  • The Mystery Zero Studio exclusively provides editing, content creation, and related creative services.
  • We do not provide legal review, copyright clearance, or content verification.
  • Any risks related to public release, distribution, or use of edited content remain solely with the client.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are rare and only granted in specific circumstances.
  • A refund request must be submitted via an official refund form.
  • Refunds may apply only if:
    • A service was purchased with no expiration date, and
    • The credits were never used, even partially.
  • If even one credit has been used for a request, or if The Mystery Zero Studio or its associates have already invested time (e.g., editing, downloading, preparing materials), no refund will be issued.
  • If a service is not delivered as described, the client may request revisions or corrections, not direct refunds, unless explicitly approved by our support team.

7. Service Suspension or Termination

  • The Mystery Zero Studio reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account for violations of these terms.
  • Termination due to misconduct, misuse of credits, or prohibited actions will not entitle the user to a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Mystery Zero Studio is not responsible for:
    • Damages arising from client-provided materials,
    • Loss of business opportunities, revenue, or data,
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the value of credits purchased but not used.

  • The Mystery Zero Studio may update these Terms of Use at any time.
  • Changes will be announced through the platform and/or email.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes implies full acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be resolved within the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
